They say there is unlimited PTO, but that really only applies if your manager allows you to take time off. If you get lucky and get a day approved you'll likely need to be answering emails and/or be on slack. This goes for regular after hours and on the weekends too. - HR team is a joke. They have the tendency to overlook employee complaints/issues that will make more work for them. If you're unhappy they will just tell you to find a new job instead of being a confidential sounding board, offering conflict resolution meetings, or generally being helpful at all.
