      Benefits are top of the line, took a dive this past year, but still great. Work life balance Low pressure Continuing education opportunity

      Non competitive salary - salaries are not competitive, however benefits make up for some of it. Many employees not help accountable = frustration Sometimes to big for it's own good

      Pluspunten

      They were very flexible with hours and it was a fun place to work. There was lots of downtime to do other things while on the clock, and an e-bike to get around campus quickly.

      Minpunten

      Toward the end they got pretty strict about keeping your computer on a certain tab to take online tickets, and you could get in trouble for not doing it. It’s tedious work overall.

      parking is normally far away from your building, and normally growth within your unit is difficult, so you have to tranfer to another to grow.
