They hire alumni from the same school that the CEO graduated from. So most employees are from the SAME SCHOOL.
The company acts like they value people but they really don't. They pay very little money without paying overtime, but expect you to bring great results. It gets incredibly exhausting because there just isn't enough input to get your motivation going after a certain period of time.
Also, the company does not offer much of training for newly hires and it's pretty terrible. Everybody complains about it but the company doesn't invest much in having a better organized HR system.
