The pay is dependent on the client site & what they are willing to pay based on the contract. I worked for a top tier client that paid well.

Minpunten

Because they are small they do not have a lot of top Premiere clients willing to pay well. Guards should always document everything to cover their butts! Document in memo book. Keep personal logs. Just document everything!

They can pay well based on experience - sometimes.

They are a small company, so not alot of work opportunities available. The management is very bad. Their training is repetitive and only meet minimum requirements for the industry. They will always side with the client during any discrepancies to retain what little business they have. The guards must always cover, fight & stand up for themselves because no one will do it for you or come to your aid.
