Very Good Company to work for. Being a beginner you will get a good exposure to work you are going to be part of. Management plans good training sessions for SV, UVM and latest Protocols to get the employees accelerate on the project. Good Salary scale. Being a sincere engineer, you will be paid really good. I've had a really good experience working with the CEO , HR and management of the company. Company would provide good opportunities in terms of ASIC, FPGA, SOC - Functional Logic Verification, Design, Gate Level, Physical Design etc. You will have an opportunity to deal and work with leading edge companies in Silicon Valley.
