Loss of servers and senior IT staff familiar with layout made getting work done impossible some days. The constant changes and whims of the CEO, when he was at the office to give direction, were hard to keep up with; senior management did not make it any easier-thought they'd help circumvent the chaos CEO created with his constant changes and lack of focus but they often were putting bandaids on broken legs. It is unfortunate that many of us left, as we worked WELL when we weren't LORDED over. Often time, middle management was able to keep things moving forward, if they weren't jumping through flaming hoops.
