* Very hard to get a considerable salary increase * There has been layoffs if you are in bench you should be scared * Mediocre yearly increase, it's better to assume that the salary you are getting will not increase in the following years

There is a huge incongruency at this moment. The motto in the company is "grow for everybody" but now, the only way you can grow is the person in the technical level (senior, lead, architect" you aspire to be promoted/fired/quit. You carrear path is tied to the environments instead of your commitment and dedication. Grow maybe means more work and responsibility, not that you have bring more money to your family.
