      consistent work overtime ok equipment good pay

      Minpunten

      no work life balance 14 hour days the better you are the more the pile on to you. Company only cares about getting the produce off. only get Christmas and Thanksgiving off

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
