6yThank you for taking the time to review us. I am so sorry you feel this way. As a woman on the leadership team who reports directly to the CEO, I can tell you this has not been my experience. We actively look for ways to increase the diversity of our team and we have several women in leadership/senior roles. However, we can always do better so if you have suggestions, please do bring them to us!
Additionally, the CEO is very busy and I can assure you that he has little to do with the hiring/termination of those who aren’t his direct reports. At Performance, we have a high performing culture and personnel decisions are based purely on performance. Thanks again for your feedback.
