I enjoy the varied work and changing assignments with this company. Some of the work is not the most challenging but the goal of making our customers happy makes all of the work worthwhile. The company is growing and management is very focused on changing what needs to change as it grows. They might not be getting it perfect but they keep trying until they do.
Minpunten
The work and assignments can change quickly and this is difficult for some engineers. You need to be able to get up to speed quickly and enjoy variety to enjoy this type of work.
