Every day is a blaming game. Sales team would put a blame on everything that goes wrong to the operations team, even when it is clearly their error -over promise to the customer, no material available. There is absolutely no support system in place. Team leader is incompetent and makes her own rules depending on whether it would make her look good.

Flexible work schedule with a good work-life balance. Plenty of PTO, decent 401(k) match and average health insurance

Minpunten

Everything else. Base pay is not enough to survive on, commissions were adjusted every year I worked there and bonuses were eliminated. I made the same amount of money year 1 and year 4 while I made the company 5x as much.
