- overall risk adverse and lacking agility (like most global FMCG companies to be fair) - multiple layers of management and legacy hierarchical and patriarchal environment - used to be known for its “family” business feel but the culture established by the original founder has disappeared over decades/ generations of leaders. This is now a proper public listed company culture: more formal, more KPI led, etc
