3moWe are sorry to hear that this person did not have a positive experience at our company, but it is a fact that the overwhelming majority of our product team finds the opportunity to work on a global social queer app incredibly rewarding. We see this in our average employee tenure, which is triple that of our much larger competitors. That said, senior leadership must work closely with the whole team, and that absolutely includes setting priorities. We strive to give everyone room to express their opinions and grow. At a small company like ours, however, if expectations between management and employees are not being met, the right path may ultimately be what this person chose -- departing to another organization. We wish them the best.
