1. Great people to work with. 2. No lengthy processes to get things done - work and non-work activities both. 3. Amazing environment for all fun activities. We go on a lots of trek, almost 2-3 parties per month (reasons are NOT hard to find). 4. One of the best paying companies in Pune. 5. Instead of policies that are laid down by someone based on their experience - the management believes in discussing most of the policies (there are only a few anyways ;) with the team and setup what is agreed by most of the people. 6. There is no hierarchy for work. Anybody can pick up any task and take it to completion if they have the skills. 7. The perks are never ending- the company gifts cars to people (of their own choice) on completing 5 years in the company.
