Too structured with limited growth possibilities. Extremely poor pay for support, whereas developers get high pay. Not transparent about mergers and acquisitions, everything will come as a surprise. No proper training structure, expectations, or feedback. Can fire anytime and operate worse than a call center support team. Not even sure if they actually hired one too many and then realized too late. Moreover, probation time is used to support employees to set them up for success, not treat them like trash. Moreover, one shouldn't hire experienced individuals for low-level jobs and expect too much without even providing the right resources and support. They pretty much don't even know how to welcome new hires to the team and make them feel part of the organization. Some forceful 1-on-1 meetings to meet people, and most are disinterested. It's true that most employers don't build a great remote work culture.
