Racism, Homophobia, Covid Denial, Bullying, Toxic. I witnessed a lot of racist and homophobic comments made about candidates. I also witnessed comments made about people’s mental health. We were made to work in an office with no social distancing and no option to work from home. In my short time there I saw that there was a lot of bullying tactics used. I believe that the office has a very big turnover of staff and it’s clear why.
