Paid vacation. Part-timers get a smaller benefit package containing even less options, but at least its something. 15% employee discount, and easy to get time off as needed.

Yearly reviews are often late. Poor and very low raises make you feel you're not appreciated. High expectations from you but little recognition in return. Few chances for promotion at associate level unless you are a manager already. Even managers get burned out early on, high stress for them.
