-pay could be better for the work you’ll do
-you’ll feel gross clocking out from working with dogs all day
-when busy, you’ll be overworked and will feel burnt out
-some dogs can be highly aggressive. Most of them time the manager or leads will mess with them, but sometimes they’re allowed into group. When they are, they rarely respond to correction and it’ll be up to you to handle it
-expect to be bit at least once
-maybe this is location specific, but there is a very noticeable clique of leads and front desk workers who will make you feel unwelcome. This will especially ring true if you’re neurodivergent
-be prepared to work in extreme temperatures either way
