Pluspunten
They have some truly amazing people which is the best part of working there. While the work itself is often uninteresting and uninspired you do get to work for some big name brands and it can be a great opportunity to build your skillset and portfolio. They've been remote friendly since long before it was popular and there's a certain amount of flexibility in your schedule except of course with client meetings which always come first.
Minpunten
P2 leverages those amazing people to try and create this culture of being one big family, but it's a trap. Other reviews mention toxic positivity which is spot on. They talk a big game about work life balance but as soon as a client snaps their fingers or a project goes off the rails all bets are off. Some clients in particular are especially toxic and burn through teams. They will underbid projects to make a sale and the team will end up having to overwork to make up the difference. The benefits and issuance are so so and they generally pay bellow market for a lot of roles unless you happen to be part of the privileged class of employee (usually the ones that a friends with the founders) that have been around forever and seem to bounce around roles, get paid well, and don't seem to have to work very hard. HR is unhelpful if not openly hostile and DEI initiatives are a joke meant to make leadership feel better about themselves. Leadership has a lot of trouble planning for changes and downturns in the market which means they routinely go through cycles of layoffs every few years.
