There are some good and talented people who work there.

They need to improve on their 'work life balance' culture as more people are asked to do more with limited resource or reduction in workforce. This leads to poor morale and more people are looking work elsewhere.

We can see that there are some things that could be done different in your opinion - I would certainly like to encourage you, also given your senior position, to talk about some of these things to see how it could be improved upon.

The manager didnt want me to interact with anybody in the team. I was supposed to report direct to the manager! She didnt have any projects planned for me and everyday was like a sword on my neck! There was nothing aligned and it was hard to figure out what had to be done!
