No cons, pay was adequate

Philips still has good people, meaningful healthcare technology, and a strong brand name. Many employees care deeply about the customers, the products, and doing quality work.

The company culture has gone downhill. Management has become increasingly reliant on spreadsheet-driven decision making that often has little connection to real field conditions, employee workload, or customer impact. Priorities and goals change constantly, creating a desperate, reactive environment where employees are not given enough time to adjust before leadership shifts direction again.
