Remote working. Some managers are good, some are god awful. Bonus scheme.

Minpunten

The pay is awful, doesn't keep up against market rate, - This is reflected in every department and has been mentioned countless time, including in an investors review of the company. Nothing has ever changed Internal progression puts you at a disadvantage when it comes to pay increases. Company doesn't show any real appreciation for the work done. Company has no clear directive other than generic vague statements.

Been with Phoenix for 1.2 years. 10 out of 10. Good people, Good culture, Good working environment, Good team. Treats you like grown up which makes working for them a absolute joy.
