If you work for the Fulfillment center you will never have to interact with customers. Also, you have four 10 hour shifts and a 3 day weekend. Paid holidays and holiday pay is offered.
Minpunten
Pay their technicians better. After 3 years you are capped and many employees have already hit that mark. You also only make an extra $1.30 more. Also, if you learn more and do more for the company you will not be compensated more. Even taking a new role that requires more responsibility does not earn you a higher wage. 10 hour shifts and only 30 min lunches. Some stand and walk all day and aren't allowed any extra breaks. Having to wear safety glasses everywhere even if there's no moving conveyors. Only allowed 48hrs of pto and vacation. Micromanagers everywhere.
