Pluspunten

Good coffee machine, pool table, some benefits, and nice people to work with. Fast growing. Good for anyone who wants customer support experience.

Minpunten

Disliked the whole pressure atmosphere. People recognized for presenteeism rather than results. Very hierarchical. Micromanagement, rewards people who show up and do nothing rather than how much they actually do at work. Good senior management, horrible team leads.

Losing sight of what the North American team did that made them great Processes are complicating things innecessarily EU Management don't understand the NAM business model fully and make changes that negatively impact. Needs to add support roles and additional headcount for growth

Exciting Technical Industry, good vendor/partners (Cisco, Polycom, etc.), great way to build experience in IT, some very good people still work here (fewer all the time) - PTO is about average, good benefits, rock bottom pay (for worker-bees)

Minpunten

Zero growth opportunities, horribly understaffed, massive turnover with the majority of technical and sales people actively seeking other employment, UK based management. Note to job seekers: lookup BCS Global (they changed their name to Pinnaca in 2015). Competitive industry getting tougher all the time.
