Even though you're a subcontractor, you'll be called completely out of the blue at midnight to go to a job that's 4 hours away and be expected to be there at 6am.
They expect you to be on-call unpaid if you don't have any scheduled jobs.
They have a habit of getting rid of people by simply phasing them out. They'll just no longer put you on the schedule or return your calls or texts. It could be for a variety of reasons. For me I just got an A+ review from a client, they said I'll get more work in two weeks, then they didn't schedule me for 6 months.
