-The team is incredibly collaborative and supportive. I never have to jump through hoops to chat directly with anybody. This is especially useful as a member of the support team; I can get answers to customers very quickly straight from the source. -The product is really cool. I feel proud teaching new customers about Pitch and learning about our upcoming releases. -Transparent communication. No team is ever kept in the dark. Pitch is very open and believes in the importance of keeping everyone informed. -There are a lot of opportunities. I've found myself dabbling into work that is traditionally done by other teams, and I've witnessed other people in different departments do the same.
