-The team is incredibly collaborative and supportive. I never have to jump through hoops to chat directly with anybody. This is especially useful as a member of the support team; I can get answers to customers very quickly straight from the source. -The product is really cool. I feel proud teaching new customers about Pitch and learning about our upcoming releases. -Transparent communication. No team is ever kept in the dark. Pitch is very open and believes in the importance of keeping everyone informed. -There are a lot of opportunities. I've found myself dabbling into work that is traditionally done by other teams, and I've witnessed other people in different departments do the same. -Start ups can be challenging because not every process is completely nailed down. We sometimes run into new roadblocks and challenges which we have to navigate on the spot, but that's normal for any start up.
