This is a highly toxic workplace with poor management. They drastically cut hours to save on labor, which leaves the store/restaurant severely understaffed most of the time. The schedule is extremely inconsistent, so this job can only serve as supplemental income — it’s not reliable enough to cover regular bills.
Some staff members are toxic and will report you to management over the smallest things.
A busser usually makes more in tips and overall money than a cook, yet the workload for BOH is abysmal.
