The line that they sell you the job on is that you will get to work with one of their key clients but there will be no intention on their part to ever get you there. Once in, you are "welcomed" and introduced to Plan-Net's bread and butter, micromanagement aka team leaders who do not have leadership experience and managers who have no concept of management. As for 'benefits'- you are eligible to them when you pass your probation but they amount to nothing more than a standard pension, life assurance, and sick pay. Then there is "training"- for the sake of this review, and to cut a long story short, it's not worth committing to. Unless you utterly desperate, stay away from this company as it will only do the following: - stagnate your career development - make moving on harder (as most companies know about Plan-Net's reputation) - make you question, every day, how you are working a 40 hour week, in the heart of London, only to earn mid-£20k salary
