The people: one of the reasons why I joined this company was the people, and more and more amazing people are joining us every day. The energy and excitement with the renewed leadership is palpable. Managers here genuinely care about your success and well-being. Feedback is constructive, and leadership is approachable and transparent.

Minpunten

No major cons. Like any company, there are growing pains, but leadership is proactive in addressing concerns.

Some leadership changes towards the end of my work there, but it seems like that has been smoothed out.

Remote or Hybrid work schedule, if you live outside of the city limits. Unlimited PTO policy, but is PTO ever unlimited.

There is not much room for advancement, if you’re not connected. Most of middle management and above are not POC. All the strong POC leaders were here today, gone the next day! The staff is overworked and underpaid. Only way to receive a higher salary is to resign and reapply. I survived a few CEOs, and once this last one came in all the tenured staff were being let go. Normal, if a new Executive comes in but there people were 15+ years in. This new PlanSource does not seem as if it cares much for their employees. Most of the workload is being outsourced to India. I’ve seen good, hardworking dedicate people get axed during my time! Not sure they’re invested in retaining good talent! Definitely a swim or sink culture, You will not get much help with learning the Benefits Admin system. It’s sort of a self-guided dive in approach.
