Work environment is comfortable & fun. People are great & mesh well. Great work life balance. Management team are easy to talk to & have their employees best interests at heart.

Minpunten

Benefit package could be better. Pay scale is decent, but could use work.

Some leadership changes towards the end of my work there, but it seems like that has been smoothed out.

- Business shifts are volatile based on whatever Vista wants - Ebbs and flows from net new logo to in-house revenue gen based on culture for that year - Seldom true 'leaders' if any at all - Classic corporate politics runs the show
