We always love to read about our amazing team and are glad that the people you worked with were kind, friendly and willing to help. We agree, it can be a culture change when moving between professional environments like retail into SaaS and it is not for everyone. All great cultures strive for honesty, transparency, and great communication with their teams; so, it does give us something to think about if our responses come across as nothing-speak. We strive for open communication and have continued to host regularly scheduled company-wide town hall meetings where team members are encouraged to submit anonymous questions to be answered.
