Among others: -The culture is deeply toxic and fear-driven, with leadership fostering an environment where employees feel undervalued, unheard, disrespected, and expendable. There is a noticeable lack of accountability at the top. -Numerous employees have raised serious complaints about members of the C-Suite, citing allegations of bullying, abusive conduct, and other inappropriate behavior. Despite these concerns being brought forward multiple times, there has been no apparent resolution from HR or the leadership team as the behavior persists. -Layoffs have become an unsettling norm: several rounds occurred in 2023, several more rounds in 2024, and yet another is already anticipated for 2025. Meanwhile, the C-suite remains shielded from accountability for the flawed strategies and poor decision-making that have repeatedly driven the need for these cuts. -Employee morale, work-life balance, and mental health are in steep decline, as an already overburdened workforce is left to absorb additional responsibilities after each round of layoffs. Many employees are feeling burned out, demoralized, and unheard. I genuinely feel worse for those still enduring this environment than for those who have been laid off
