There is no open salary range. Be careful trading the salary during the hiring process - you probably will not have any chance to justify it later. Management does not pay enough attention to the things that deserve it and bravely firefights the circumstances, later calling it with all good words and using pathetic slides. Looking nice and talking big - this is how we roll. Seriously. The management may show off with hundreds of millions in income one week and fire all consultants the week after. Growing and earning more are always in the first place. The company becomes bigger and bigger, but it never pays back to the employees.
