Lots of career opportunities, very high expectations from some positions which challenges you to look at things from a high-level perspective

Minpunten

It's literally "ride 'til you die" type of work. No one measures the workload and no one really cares whether you're overworked or stressed or burnt-out because the managers themselves are on the verge of collapse, nervous breakdown or just honestly don't care. They will stuff you like a duck with innumerable tasks until you can't take it any more. But hey, try to put on a happy face, we're a team after all.

Working on features that go live to a huge player base - you actually see your work in the game and can track real player feedback. Team is one of the strongest in the mobile gaming industry, genuinely experienced people around you. Good autonomy for senior devs, and the team is open to using newer Unity features when it makes sense. Compensation is competitive and reflects the level of work.

Minpunten

Roadmaps evolve during development, need to stay flexible with priorities.
