Management operates entirely on distrust. Invasive Offboarding: Layoffs and structural changes are handled terribly. Employees are cornered and pressured to sign termination paperwork immediately on the spot without any early reminders. Furthermore, management is deeply invasive pretending to be supportive of your job search on the surface, but then aggressively demanding to see your private interview invitation emails and the specific locations of your future job prospects. Strict Communication Ban: You are strictly discouraged from speaking to your peers during working hours.
