The CEO is a terribly arrogant and evil person. This person thinks he is an icon, but he is a horrible person. He doesn't listen to employee opinions as they don't matter enough. This poor attitude means employees feel left out. Please avoid working here if you don't want to work for a bad boss.

- Be absolutely certain about the role you are signing up for, because every detail matters and contracts are used as traps with no escape. - Outrageous tactics are used to gain leverage over everything and everyone, including employees. - Tasks far outside the actual role can be forced without warning or discussion. - Pay increases can be blocked for years simply because it is written into the contract. - Extreme caution is required at all times to avoid being cornered and stuck. - Any action can be twisted into something that keeps employees powerless. - Sneaky, conniving, and unethical behavior is used to deceive and lie for advantage, both in business and in how employees are treated.
