No job security. Couple of quarters feedback, you are doing your job great & suddenly in one quarter you are performing very poor & into PIP. They want someone who can understand and does everything, like a QA Developer should also be expert in development. You don't have decision powers as control is in USA. At least in my case, bad manager with no sense what he is talking. US team forming nexus and working. They feel insecure if you are proactive and a good developer. Overall bad experience...
