If you like working in a constant state of chaos, everything is on fire and reactive instead of proactive company.....Plug is for you After 25 years, they are starting to have some processes in place, but don't hold your breath, it's a long way to go. The CEO preaches weakly rainbows and unicorns how Plug is all about no "silos", "one company". In reality he is too busy ordering waterfalls in the reception area. Time to retire. 1/3 of the company got laid off. I can count on one hand how many executives were let go. Who is going to do all the work? Oh right, all the jobs are going to India. They spend so much money renovating the "executive suite" and making sure the executives have everything they need, they forgot to put forks, cups and plates in the "peasant" kitchen.
