Pluspunten
There was a literal tiki bar at one of the offices. Things were casual I guess you could say. Some people were nice and no one except for the owner really breathed down your shoulder, so you could do your work in peace.
Minpunten
There was literally no structure at all. The person I'd report to changed almost weekly. My actual job changed constantly. There was no organization and I think it stressed everyone out. I had to travel constantly without question. I didn't complain about it, but it did get confusing because Plus is a small company that doesn't make that much money. Steve (the owner) put a lot of pressure on everyone. If Steve made a mistake, he would blame everyone around him for it instead of himself. Steve was erratic in the workplace and didn't treat people very well. Compensation was rather poor. Benefits were okay.
