They listen to employee needs and work to find solutions that would positively impact both the individual and the company. Suggestions for improvement are welcome and often implemented. We are encouraged to work independently and in teams; being accountable for our assigned work duties in order to create successful teams. Micromanagement is not needed because we know what we need to do and do it. We are acknowledged for our efforts and having fun at the workplace while maintaining a professional work atmosphere is encouraged.
