While the employees try their hardest to look after each other, it's quite impossible for them to do so because of the bosses. They give workloads that is very difficult for them to handle. They don't listen to the employees when they ask for help and they don't give as much guidance. They will ask you to work even after work hours plus during the weekends. Even if you're on leave, 90% of the time, you will always end up working. They never consider hiring new people because they never see it as a solution. And even if they do decide to hire, it's always INTERNS because they dont have to pay them. Just imagine handling an immense number of shows at the same time having to train the interns.
