Point 2 Point has given me an opportunity to utilize my education and experience and placed me in a position that I truly enjoy! I look forward to coming to work everyday and working with people who honestly care about the success of the organization and their employees. I have seen managers bend over backwards to help employees. The flexibility and ability to make reasonable accommodations for each circumstance is far beyond what most companies will do for their employees.

The only issues I have come across is when guards call out often, abandon post, or take advantage of the flexibility of the operations managers. Then they blame the management team for not being flexible...

the managers are having affairs with the assist manager, favoritism at its all time high, they take long lunches together, meanwhile we cant even get a 15 min break ! we are expected to work 16 hours daily because they are too cheap to hire any assistance for us. we have been short people for months, we get 80 requests daily and manager DO NOT bend over backwards for us, do not be mistaken. they will blow your phone up to work and if you are unable to, even on your day off they want an explanation why you cant come in. your family in the hospital? baby sick? you get ran over by a car? you better come to work! THEY DONT CARE! i think the managers are writing the good reviews because from day one the other employees told me to not get too comfortable here they will get rid of you for any and all reasons. you sneeze too loud, better watch you back. dont get sick because it could cost you your job, they get you in the door with decent wages but its not worth the trouble you wont have a job for long, dont even bother. i wont say any names but they know who they are, evil people with evil intentions. you will also have no life
