I would like to see a more employee-friendly sick day policy

I’ve had an incredibly rewarding experience working at Point Break Financial over the past year. I started as a Sales Representative and, through consistent performance and support from leadership, was promoted to Senior Sales Lead within six months, and then to Manager by my 11th month. The company truly recognizes hard work and creates real opportunities for growth and advancement. The leadership team is supportive, hands-on, and invested in employee development. There’s a strong culture of coaching and continuous improvement, which helped me sharpen both my sales and leadership skills quickly. The environment is fast-paced and performance-driven, but also collaborative—everyone wants to see each other succeed.
