Toutes les entreprises « appâtent » les candidats en prétendant un management bienveillant et à l’écoute des collaborateurs. Point.P fait partie des rares entreprises qui appliquent cela. BRAVO ! Les politiques d’inclusions ( handicaps, respect des différences, intégration active sans distinction d’origine, race ou religion, … ) sont elles aussi appliquées avec conviction et transparence.
