      Amazing events, some really interesting people who are experts in their field, very influential, space for policy people to follow their own interests to some extent

      Very high turnover because management are very difficult. Secretive culture which stifles. Expectation that work will be the only thing in your life.

      If you’re not conservative leaning in your views, expect to be asked to work on projects you don’t agree with, and you’ll distinctly be in the minority

      You are confronted with experts in their domains and people who have a lot of contacts. It is definitely a good place to meet influential policy-makers. Older researchers don't hesitate to share their thoughts which create stimulating conversation.

      Not give a lot of responsibilities but it is probably because I did not stay for too long.
