Really bad work culture. Poor work ethic. Unprofessional behaviour is rampant in the company. Management does not respect personal time. Have to work 7 days of a week although they advertise as 5 days. On top of that they organize so called 'offsites' beyond office hours which means that you have no time left for family. Very few of the management team has family, which is why they have grown in the company. Office facilities are really bad, location is crappy. Coming back home on time (after 12hrs) is considered to be a crime. Even on a planned vacation with family they will call you with expect that you are constantly connected and work 24x7. They also expect you to come on national holidays, festivals and other holidays. Dont ever join, if you care about your family. My husband really upset
