The management team at Pollard is very accessible. This includes members of the Pollard family. The Pollards do their best to take care of their employees. They offer excellent healthcare, dental and vision. and profit sharing as well. The company is growing and there is a lot of growth potential for those on the plant floor that work hard and take initiative. Their performance is recognized.
Minpunten
The Ypsilanti facility is not very large, with a small management team. This makes it somewhat difficult for white collar staff to move up within the company. However, there are ample opportunities for career development for the staff on the plant floor.
