Promised to get car parks available, lies, have to park 10mn aways from my dorm, without plug for the block heater in the middle of winter. Stuck 3 people in a room that has been designed for 2 to save space, but somehow charge as much as in 2 people room. Underpaid, understaffed, underappreciated. Turn-over rate above 70% ..... Makes you think twice about coming
