-Too many promotion mechanics which are confusing and lead to many errors. -low pay Heavy work load due to lack of manpower. -long working hour,need to help in bookfest. -Repeating routine which is boring and lack of space to grow.Training seldom provided to staff -frontline staff not being appreciated by company.high turnover rate.Annual dinner only held for HQ staffs.
